They were not going to give me a different phone after sitting through countless minutes of the CSR saying please hold while I research this [meaning she had to read a manual for everything I asked her] when she finally decided to give me a different phone.
She never said what they meant but considering our phone call and the way it went I figured it gave her information that applied to the defectiveness or not according to her of my phone. She is going to send a different phone. I would love to see a chart showing what all the codes mean.

I wish I would have checked out the forums before ordering this phone directly from Tracfone. I had a simple Tracfone before but was late in renewing airtime and it is inactivated. I thought I would move up to a nicer phone, with the triple minutes for life, etc. Where is someone with a clear explanation as to how to resolve customer problems. Outsourcing help to people who have to check a manual for an answer, causing delays that put off customers would seem conter-productive.
