I'm aware of many tweaks and fixes for a variety of IE issues, but not this one!. Tried it out and works like a dream. I'l be adding this one to my arsenal of solutions. Unchecking "Smooth Scrolling" definitely helped the situation but there is still a slight lag. I'm still getting lag in one program, Mixcraft 5. Even after uninstalling it and cleaning out the registry before re-installing, it makes no difference. I unchecked "smooth scrolling" in advanced settings and it fixed the problem.
