From the first consultation to the install, the timing was about 10 days, so I loved that the process was quick. Our consultation with Cameron was easy and informative! The install then took a full day. The only thing I wish we could have understood more of during the consultation was that we were going to need to purchase irrigation equipment prior to the turf install, so that was an unexpected expense that day.
Otherwise, we received three quotes total to do our work and Ideal Turf offered almost an equivalent quote to the cheapest one we received, yet then seemed the most professional which is why we went with them.

We chose something pet friendly and that looks so natural Sheffield. They were so accommodating and changed the installation date x as our pool was delayed and not finished, it was never an issue and Sai person I coordinated with after sales guy was out was very responsive via text. They came out and were done with the entire process in 2 days! They were quick, professional and kind. Pablo walked me around the yard once it was finished and gave me a quick run down on upkeep and how to take care of it.
That was a bit frustrating since they came out and measured. Keep that in mind, it could be a bit more than expected if the measurements are slightly off. Either way, I would go with them again and hope to get permission to do the front yard. We had a difficult space with too much shade for grass, pea gravel was installed but messy and not practical with the outdoor furniture we have. The whole team was excellent and we now have a much more usable large side yard.

He really knew what he was talking about and before I knew it, the installation was schedule for 2 weeks later! The crew completed the installation in a day and my yard wasn't left a mess.
